A prime site service station is now worth in excess of $20 million.

With a return of $1.5 million per annum.

This is the crime of theft from the Hubbard family that the Government of South Australia has been involved in.

Shell were asked to return the service station they stole from Colin Hubbard and his widow Mrs Lucy Hubbard at 422 Pulteney Street.

Mrs Lucy Hubbard sent numerous letters to Richard (Ric) McKenzie Charlton the Chairman of Shell Australia asking for the return of what Shell stole.

In a meeting at Shell office Hindmarsh Square with Leon Codrington Holmes chairman's representative, and Richard Osmotherly "network development" manager, they were demonstrated Shell's fraud.

Richard Osmotherly found that he no longer had a "network" to develop.

Leon Holmes found himself working at the RAA.

Shell lawyers came into court off the street without summons and took $500 from Mrs Lucy Hubbard, her pension money, thanks to the magistrate.

It cost Shell 10 site closures and more, estimated value and site pollution remediation $10 million.

Estimated revenue loss for Royal Dutch Petroleum for the past 17 years for these 10 sites plus others across Adelaide is well in excess of $1 billion.

"Women can't run them. They take them away from women" Shell's solicitor John Callaghan. He should know. He did it.

After the death of Colin Hubbard in 1960,  Shell falsely claimed it was a company site.

Some time later a telephone call was made to Shell's lawyer and he was questioned over documents relating to the site.

He retorted "Women can't run them. They take them away from women"

The operative word being "they" implicating government offices in collusion with Shell, the government offices being the only way that the documents could be processed.

Colin Hubbard's widow Mrs Lucy Hubbard took a title over the land under the government Torrens title land system at the instant of her husband's death.

She was obstructed from being recorded on the land register and her attempts to protect her title by Caveat under the Torrens title land system were also obstructed.

The lands register was kept clear of her name by public officers of the Government of South Australia to cheat her out of her rights at law and cheat her out of her landholding.

This is sexist bigotry and sexual discrimination by the Government of South Australia.

It is also government fraud and an attempted cover up.

The Torrens title land system gives absolute control of valuable landholdings to public servants on meagre salaries =  corruption.

The Torrens title land system by its construction assists those who steal to keep what they steal.

The Torrens title land system is nothing but a front for corruption and theft of landholdings.

The Torrens title land system has no future and needs to be dismantled.

No right thinking nation should ever consider implementing it.

Stolen: 422 Pulteney Street (200 Hanson Street)

Government involvement:

The Government of South Australia kept the lands office register clear of Mrs Lucy Hubbard's protective Caveat.

In a cover up, they shut the site down and smashed the site to bits so that she could not get it and use it.

Attempting to destroy all evidence of their involvement.

They smashed the site to bits to keep her off it and used police involvement to keep her off her own land.

Keeping the lands register clear of her name so that nobody could see her name, and smashing the site to bits to destroy the evidence of their involvement.

No right thinking nation should ever consider implementing the Torrens title land system. It is corrupt.
